Jack Casey celebrated the paperback release of his novel The Trial of Bat Shea on March 8, 2012 at 5 p.m. at Brown’s Brewing Co. in Troy, NY. In honor of Troy’s history and Jack’s work chronicling the story of Bat Shea, Brown’s released a special seasonal Irish ale named “Bat Shea Red.” Jack sang songs from The Trial of Bat Shea: A Play in Two Acts with Music and led a toast to Bat.
Special take home 22 oz bottles of Bat Shea Red, with a Trial of Bat Shea book tie-in, are available for sale at Brown’s during March while supplies last.

Jack Casey appeared on the air March 3, 2012 with Jimmy Barrett, host of “Kaleidoscope” on WVCR 88.3 fm The Saint, and Duncan Crary to talk about the paperback release of The Trial of Bat Shea and promote a special toast he’ll lead at Brown’s Brewing Co. on March 8, 2012 to honor the memory of Bat Shea with the release of “Bat Shea Red.” During this appearance, Jack performs three songs (solo) from The Trial of Bat Shea: A Play in Two acts with Music.
